The Personal Injury Practice is a specialist injury compensation and litigation firm. We deal with all manner of accident claims on a national basis and 'no win no fee' funding is usually available.

Senior Solicitor, Dominic Moss is a long standing member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and was recently awarded the distinction of being made an APIL Senior Litigator. The practice itself is one of only 700 or so APIL accredited practices so you know you are in safe hands. Some of the firms high profile cases have appeared on TV and in Legal Journals.

We pride ourself on a fast and friendly service with our eye, as ever, on the goal of achieving the maximum award for our client with the minimum of fuss.

They helped me with my road traffic claim and got me a courtesy car and the money back for my car ery quickly. Mr Moss helped me put together all the things I could claim for and it came to a lot more than I thought. I was not sked to make any payments to them. It was a great service and I would reccomend them
