Law Firms in Shock as Comparison Site Hits Web - But is that the Right Reaction?
Jo Reevy writing in Words4Business notes that "law firm partners will be shocked by the announcement that a comparison website in the form of Legallybetter has been launched which will allow clients to rate law firms independently for service quality and to display the results publicly."
